Know exactly how credits are used
PDF credits follow actual local processing time. DOCX conversion also runs locally and costs one credit only when a usable result is produced. Document content is never sent to the server.
PDF: 1 credit per started minute
A successful PDF completed in 1–60 seconds costs 1 credit. 61–120 seconds costs 2 credits. Every successful PDF has a 1-credit minimum.
DOCX: 1 credit per successful file
A successful DOCX costs exactly 1 credit regardless of local processing time. Failed, cancelled, timed-out, and empty DOCX results cost 0 credits.
Only successful files are charged
A failed conversion costs 0 credits. PDF retries are free unless a retry succeeds; DOCX is charged only after a usable local result is produced.
Batches are metered per file
Every PDF is timed separately and every successful DOCX costs 1 credit. For example, two PDFs costing 1 and 2 credits plus one successful DOCX cost 4 credits total.
